【Report】Boom And Bust Coal 2022
Global Energy Monitor (GEM) and others have released “Boom and Bust Coal 2022,” their annual report on the status of operating and planned coal-fired power plants worldwide. The report shows that in 2021, the planned generating capacity of coal-fired power plants under development worldwide decreased by 13%, but further intensification is needed before climate goals can be achieved.
