Cancelation
Idemitsu Kosan, Kyushu Electric Power, and Tokyo Gas made the announcement to they end a joint feasibility study of a coal-fired thermal power plant in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture. Two units proposals are cancelled on January 31, 2019.
Following to these changes, current condition is:
Total 50 units（23.323GW）
Canceled 11 units（ 6.806GW）
Operation 10 units（1.128GW）*including trial-operation
Currently active proposal 29 units (15.389GW)
EIA update
JERA released correction on the EIA document for the Yokosuka Power Plant. No.1 and No.2. Due to this mistake, JERA extends available period for EIA document inspection till February 18, 2019.（JERA’s link in Japanese）
