Prolosed Coal Plant:

● Ishinomaki Hibarino No.1
On September 1st, Nippon Paper Industries Ishinomaki Energy Center announced they had a ceremony to start test operation.  Ｍixing combustion rate with woody biomass could be up to 30%.
This project is planning to start commercial operation in March 2018.

● Nagoy No.2
On September 4th, Osaka Gas announced their sub-subsidiary company, Nakayama Nagoya Kyodo Hatsuden, had started opertaion of Nagoya No.2 on September 2nd. It is planning to combust 30% woody biomass.
