Concept This symposium aims to gain insight from leading experts on climate change and coal-fired thermal energy, share their vast knowledge and experiences, and encourage discussion on Japan’s role in this field.

The first session will focus on the role of coal thermal power as an electricity source in Japan while the second session focuses on financing of overseas coal-fired thermal energy projects.
