This is update on July 11.
One June 29th, Chiba prefectural governor submitted opinion paper toward EIA of the “Soga Coal Power (tentative name)” project.
Governor insisted this project should be: avoid/reduce environmental impacts as much as possible, do research, estimate and evaluate influence of coal dust, use higher efficient equipments as much as available, and clearly indicate specific measures to achieve benchmark target on the Energy Saving Act.
