This is an update on February 6th.

Marubeni Corp. and Kansai Electric Power submitted their final EIA document to the Akita prefectural governor and the city mayors (in Akita-city  and Katagani-city) on February 5th. That document is summary of document they submitted to the Minister of METI on December 21, 2018.

The document can be seen at local governmental office and/or following website. (All EIA document is written in Japanese.)
